For our location in Eiterfeld, at the earliest date possible we are looking for a:

Receptionist (m/f) With 35-40 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Management of visitor and customer control
• Acceptance, processing, and possibly forwarding of incoming calls in German and English (telephone switchboard)
• Handling of incoming and outgoing mail
• Cafeteria accounting
• Conducting consultation sessions for simple customer concerns
• Undertaking various administrative tasks in customer service, such as forwarding and processing customer emails
• Ordering, registering, and assigning CAD/CAM software licenses, as well as communication with software partners and suppliers
• Administration of software licenses (e.g., annual billing)

Profile of requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Desirable: initial experience as a receptionist, front desk employee, or similar
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong organizational skills
• Open and communicative nature
• Customer orientation and high reliability
